Accounts made in earlier builds
Ascend V2 does not offer account creation or sign-in. If you created an Ascend account in an earlier development or test build, use the support request below to ask us to delete the Supabase account and associated profile. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Deleting that account does not erase workout plans, sessions, history, or settings stored on your device. If an earlier test build enabled cloud backup, mention that in your request so we can review any separate cloud workout records.
Earlier app builds may have offered in-app deletion, but the V2 app cannot access that control. A minimal deletion-request record with the former account ID, provider, status, and timestamps may remain for retry and audit purposes. Account deletion does not automatically remove Apple or RevenueCat purchase and transaction records.
Request account deletion
Email ksil.apps@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Ascend account data”.
Include the email address used for the account, if known. Do not send your password or sign-in tokens. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.
Erase data on your device
Use More → Profile → Danger zone → Erase workouts on this device for a separate confirmed local erase. Removing Ascend also removes its local app data, subject to operating-system backup behavior. Apple and RevenueCat purchase records are handled separately; see the privacy policy.
